Section 23(a) in Andhra Pradesh Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1963
(a)The building shall be soundly constructed and all the walls and roof shall be of suitable heat-resisting materials and shall be waterproof. The floor and walls to be a height of [91.0 Centimetres = 0.91 metres] [Substituted by G.O. Ms. No. 100, Labour, Employment and Technical Education (Lab-V), dated 7.2.1977.] shall be so laid or finished as to provide a smooth, hard, and impervious surface;
