Section 1 in The Jammu and Kashmir Flood Plain Zones (Regulation and Development) Act, 2005
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may he called the Jammu and Kashmir Flood Plain Zones (Regulation and Development) Act, 2005.(2)it extends to the whole of the State of Jammu and Kashmir.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Government Gazette, appoint.
