29.0Definition.- 'Flammable Liquids' are liquids, or mixtures of liquids, or liquids containing solids in solution or suspension, which give off a flammable vapour at or below 61º C closed-cup test, normally referred to as the "flash point" and are packed in drums, receptacles and cases. Packaged from of petroleum products shall conform to the requirements laid down in the petroleum rules, 1976.
