(2)A public notice in Form IV containing the particulars of land and the person holding such land in respect of declaration, or information received shall be published by affixing a copy thereof on the notice boards of the office of the Tribunal in which the declaration has been filed and of the offices of Tahsildars and the Gram Panchayats within whose jurisdictions, the holding or part thereof is situated.
