Section 607(3)(c) in Bihar Education Code, 1961

(c)During the progress of the work access thereto and every reasonable opportunity to inspect and examine materials and to check measurements at his discretion shall be afforded by the school authority to the officer appointed by the Superintending Engineer in this behalf.
