Section 7(1) in The Bangalore Metro Railway (Carriage and Ticket) Rules, 2011

(1)Any person desirous of travelling on the metro railway shall, upon payment, be issued with a ticket by the Bangalore Metro Railway Administration or an agent authorised by the Bangalore Metro Railway Administration in this behalf.
