Section 5(1) in The Orissa Glanders and Farcy Rules, 1941
(1)Whenever an Inspector seizes a horse under Section 6 of the Act, he shall isolate it in a suitable place for the purpose of examination, for such a period not exceeding four months as may be deemed necessary.
