(3)The first Board shall hold office till a new Board is constituted under the provisions of sections 32 and rule 34 :Provided that any Director appointed by the Registrar may be removed by him before expiry of the terms of his office, if the Registrar is, for reasons to be recorded by him in writing of the opinion that continuance in office of such Director is not desirable in the interest of the Society.
