Section 42(4) in The Maharashtra Tax on Luxuries Act, 1987
(4)Whoever aids or abets any person in commission of any act specified in subÂsections (1) to (3) shall, on conviction be punished with rigorous imprisonment which shall not be less than three months but which may extend to one year and with fine.
