Section 63 in The Corporation of the City of Panaji (Election) Rules, 2004
63. Power to give Directions.
- Subject to other provisions of these rules, the State Election Commissioner may issue such directions, or instructions, as deemed necessary, to the Returning Officer and or the Assistant Returning Officers for effectively conducting the elections.
