Section 11(1)(iii) in The Himachal Pradesh Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1982

(iii)seize the forest produce in respect of which he suspects that any provision of this Act or the rules made thereunder has been, is being, or is about to be contravened alongwith receptacle containing such produce, as well the animals, the vehicles or boats used in carrying such produce.
