Section 25(1) in H.P. Agricultural and Horticultural Produce Marketing (Development And Regulation) Act, 2005
(1)Any person who under section 22 desires to purchase notified agricultural produce direct from the agriculturists or the producer or wishes to establish a private market yard or under sub-section (1) of section 23 desires to establish consumer or farmer market in one or more than one market area, shall apply to the Managing Director of the Board for grant or renewal of license, as the case may be, for such period, in such form, on such conditions and on payment of such fees as may be prescribed.
