Section 96(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(1)The General Standing Committee shall perform functions relating to the establishment matters and functions relating to communications, buildings, rural housing, village extension, relief against the natural calamities and allied matters and all residuary matters.
