Section 19(1) in The Sidho-Kanho-Birsha University Act, 2010
(1)The Court shall meet at least thrice in a financial year, other than for convocation, on dates to be fixed by the Vice-Chancellor. One of such meetings shall be held before March and shall be called the Annual Meeting. The Court may also meet at such other times as it may decide.
