(3)When the allotment of a residence to a post has been suspended under sub-rule (1), the residence may be allotted to any other government servant or, if it is not required by any other government servant, to any suitable person:Provided that the allotment to such government servant or person shall terminate not later than the date on which the period of suspension terminates.
