Section 8 in The Rules for Grant of Special Scholarships to Students of Backward Classes, 1963
8.
The students admitted to the institution before the promulgation of these rules shall continue to get the same as long as they do not fail or till their parents come in the category of income tax payers and any such scholarships shall be deemed to have been granted under these rules subject to the availability of funds.
