109. Register of movements/visits to women's section.
(1)There shall be maintained a register at the gate of women's prison or women's section of a prison in Form No. XV. Whenever any woman prisoner is taken out of the prison or women's section of a prison, an entry shall be made in this register giving the name and number of the woman prisoner, the purpose for which, and the time when she was taken out and when she was brought back to the prison or section.(2)Whenever any male officer or visitor enters the women's prison or the women's section of the prison, an entry indicating the name of the officer or the visitor and the day and time of such visit shall also be made in the register.
