Section 11(4)(b) in Right of children to Free and compulsory Education Rules, 2011

(b)The school shall have to make an application for renewal of certification of recognition at least 45 days before the expiry of period of recognition in manner prescribed in sub-rule (1). On receipt of such application, the District Education Officer may renew the school recognition for another 3 years after following the process laid down in sub-rule (2) and (3).
