115. Final report of the Liquidator and termination of proceedings.
(1)After the liquidation proceedings of a society have been closed, the Liquidator shall submit a final report to the Registrar together with a copy of his report and the resolution referred to in rule 114.(2)On receipt of the final report from the Liquidator the Registrar shall terminate the liquidation proceedings by cancelling either the registration or the order for the winding up of the society.
