34. Publication of the list of contesting unions.
- The Returning Officer shall immediately after its preparation in accordance with rule 32 cause a copy of the list to be affixed on his noticeboard and shall send a copy of such list t' each of the contesting Trade Unions. The Returning Officer shall also send a copy of such list to each of the concerned industrial establishment.
