03.03.2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similar petition i.e., WP(C) No. 3041/2024 is pending adjudication before this Court, in which this Court has passed an order dated 24.12.2024 and seeks similar relief in this petition also. Notice to the respondents in the main petition as well as interim application, returnable within four weeks. Requisite steps for service within one week.

Meanwhile, subject to objections and till next date before the Bench, status quo, as it exists today, shall be maintained. Alteration/modification on laying motion.
