PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to issue marks obtained by the petitioner herein as well as persons those who are all participated in the TB Health Visitor post interview which was held on 23.04.2015.

By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner, who is having qualification of D.Pharm., B.B.A and Diploma in Computer Applications, has applied for the post of TB Health Visitor. After successfully participated in the written exam, the petitioner was called for interview on 23.04.2015. However, she was not selected for the said post.
3. The grievance now expressed by the petitioner is that some of the candidates selected were belong to other district. Even though she performed very well, she has not been selected and in this regard, she is praying for appropriate direction to the third respondent to publish the marks obtained by her as well as the persons, who had participated in the interview for the above-said post.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the marks obtained by the petitioner as well as the marks obtained by several persons, who had participated in the interview have to be published by the third respondent and hence prays for appropriate direction.
5. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
6. Admittedly, the petitioner did not submit any representation to the respondents praying for such a relief. Therefore, this Court is not in a position to pass any positive order in this Writ Petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a detailed representation to the third respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, who on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
