Learned AGP for the Petitioners seeks time on the ground that the officers of the Petitioners need to examine documents particularly concerning interviews taken of candidates sometime in 2001 so as to propose a mutual resolution of disputes in the present writ petition.
The petitions, in the premises, are stood over to 17 January 2020. It is made clear that no further accommodation will be granted to the Petitioners and the writ petitions will be decided on that day.
