(7)Shipper shall supply gas conforming to all parameters specified in sub-regulations (1), (4) to (6) and the transporter shall deliver gas at exit point conforming to parameters of gas as specified in sub-regulations (1),(4) and (5):Provided that the pressure and temperature shall be as per the contract between shipper and the transporter.
