Section 14(1) in U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Saifai Act, 2005
(1)There shall be a Finance Controller for the Institute, who shall be appointed by the State Government, and his remuneration and allowances, if any, shall be paid by the Institute.
