Section 25A in The Orissa Panchayat Samiti Act, 1959
25A. Limitation of jurisdiction over Municipalities.
- Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act the power, control or authority of the [* * *] [Omitted vide Orissa Act No. 1 of 1968.] Samiti shall not extend over and [Municipality] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 24 of 1968.] notwithstanding the fact that [the Municipality] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 7 of 1994 (O.G.E. No. 427 dated 18.4.1994).] is within the block.
