33. Power of Central Government to issue directions.—
(1)The Central Government may, if it finds necessary or expedient in the public interest, issue such policy directives to the National Authority or any State Authority, in writing and such policy directives shall be binding upon the National Authority or the State Authority, as the case may be.(2)The decision of the Central Government, whether a question is one of policy or not, shall be final.
