Section 104(2) in New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007
(2)For the purpose of enlarging, deepening or otherwise repairing or maintaining any drain as aforesaid, so much of the sub-soil, appertaining to the drain as maybe necessary shall be deemed to vest in the Development Authority.
