Section 1 in The Himachal Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1953
1. Title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Himachal Land Revenue Act, [1954] [Substituted by section 2 of H.P. Act 12 of 1956 for the figure '1953'](2)It extends to the whole of the Himachal Pradesh.(3)The [It shall come into force on such] [Act enforced vide Notification No. R. 1-1/53, dated 17-2-1955 w.e.f.1-3-1995(see R.H.P., dated 26-2-1955).] day as the State Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf.
