Section 9(1) in Tamil Nadu Bovine Breeding Act, 2019
(1)Every application for renewal of the certificate of registration or recognition, as the case may be, under this Act shall be made not less than three months before the date of expiry of the period of such certificate of registration or recognition, as the case may be:Provided that the Authority may allow such application after the expiry of the aforesaid period, if the Authority is satisfied that the applicant was prevented by sufficient cause from applying for renewal in time.
