The recognition of Training Schools vests in the Director. In addition to the conditions of recognition contained in this Chapter, the Director, before according recognition, shall satisfy himself that such of the conditions laid down in Article 14 as are applicable to Training Schools have been fulfilled.Applications for recognition shall be submitted in the Form prescribed (Appendix 16).The Director may exempt a school requiring special consideration from satisfying any of the conditions laid down.Object
