FACTS
Heard today dated 23.8.2011. Appellant not present. The Department is represented by Shri S. K. Meena, Section Officer. He is heard.
2. The matter, in short, is that vide RTI application dated 21.7.2010, the appellant had sought information about his request for re-evaluation of his answer scripts for Postal Service Group 'B' Examination. The Department did not agree to his request for re-evaluation as no such rules existed. However, the Department had the answer scripts re-evaluated under the orders of CAT and the marks awarded after re-evaluation have been intimated to the appellant.
3. In the premises, the appeal has become infructuous. Dismissed.
