HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE DEEPAK MAHESHWARI Order 23/05/2018 Heard learned counsel on the miscellaneous application seeking recalling of the order dated 18.08.2017 whereby the writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution.

On perusal of order dated 18.08.2017, it appears that even on earlier occasions none was present for the petitioner on 28.06.2016 and 18.08.2017. It apparently shows negligence on the part of the petitioner.

However, in the interest of justice, this miscellaneous petition is allowed subject to depositing Rs.5,000/- in the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority within a period of 15 days from today.

If the compliance is not made, order dated 18.08.2017 shall remain in currency.

On the compliance of this order, the writ petition shall be restored to its original number.
