Section 10 in Goa State Higher Education Council Act, 2018
10. Administrative Officer.
(1)The Administrative Officer shall be a whole-time officer of the Council and shall be a person on deputation from University, College or from recognized Educational Institution;(2)The Administrative Officer shall be a person having at least fifteen years experience of teaching in a college or post graduate Department of University;(3)The Administrative Officer shall be in charge of general administration and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be assigned to him by the Chairperson;(4)The Administrative Officer shall be entitled to receive deputation allowance over and above his pay and allowances which he was drawing in his parent organization.
