Section 62(1) in A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technological University Act, 2015
(1)There shall be a separate Governing Body for every affiliated college or institution, consisting of the members as may be prescribed by the Statutes. There shall be a Managing Council for a group of affiliated colleges under a corporate management, consisting of members as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
