149. Rest shelters.
- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that-(a)where building workers employed in a compressed air environment in a tunneling work are required to remain at the work site for one hour or more after de-compression from pressures exceeding one bar, adequate and suitable facilities are provided for such building workers to rest.(b)every man-lock, medical-lock and any other facility inside these locks at an excavation or tunneling work is maintained in a clean state and in good repairs;(c)a first aid room is provided and is readily available at a construction site of a tunneling work;(d)each man-lock attendant station is provided with a first-aid box at a construction site of a tunneling work;
