11. Transitional provisions.
- The provisions set out in the Third Schedule of the Act with respect to the transfer of assets, liabilities, functions and employees of the erstwhile department shall have effect.(4)These Rules issue with the concurrence of Finance (FMU-GAD.II) Department vide their U.O.No.37027/80/FMU-GAD.II/2017, dated 6.4.2018.
