Section 2(i) in The Disaster Management (Amendment) Act, 2025
(i)in clause (d), the following Explanation shall be inserted, namely:––'Explanation.- For the removal of doubts, it is hereby clarified that the expression “man made causes” does not include any law and order related matter or situation, or any situation arising from a law and order related matter or situation;’;
