                                                     ORDER

This Court vide order dated 09.01.2019 made in W.P.No.33166 of 2018, set aside the impugned orders dated 02.05.2018 and dated 16.11.2018 with a direction to the respondents to pay the pensionary benefits and other monetary benefits payable to the petitioner.

2.Accordingly, the corporation calculated the pensionary benefits and other monetary benefits to the tune of Rs.8,39,969/-

where as the petitioner filed a calculation memo saying that the respondent corporation is to pay a sum of Rs.18,49,186/- towards the pensionary and other monetary benefits. To that effect, the respondent corporation agreed to issue an order within a period of two weeks from today(01.11.2019).

3.Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed and the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
