Section 12(6) in The M.P. Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1977
(6)In cases covered by sub-rules (3) and (5) the Government servant shall also be granted dearness and compensatory allowances, if any, admissible on the basis of pay. These allowances will neither be admissible on leave salary, nor will the leave salary taken into account in calculating the allowances.
