Section 8(1) in Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Act, 1997
(1)The State Government may, by notification delegate any of its powers or functions under this Act or the rules other than the power conferred under section 76 or 77, to be exercised by the Commissioner or any other officer subject to such conditions as may be specified in the notification.
