38. Center for Continuing Education Programme.
(1)The University may, under such conditions as may be prescribed to establish a Centre for Continuing Education Programme for the purpose of providing certificate courses, to persons otherwise eligible for admission to such courses, who may be unable to be enrolled as whole time students by reasons of being engaged in business, trade, agriculture or industry or employed in any other form of service. It shall be under the Dean of Continuing Education and Internal Quality Assurance.(2)Each course shall be organized separately.
