3/15.06.2020 Heard the parties.
So far as defect no. 5 (e) is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the same once the situation normalizes. As regards the rest defects are concerned, the same are ignored.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bariatu P.S. Case No. 36 of 2020.
It has been alleged that the petitioner and others were apprehended from a market complex, where various electronic devices, forged stamp papers of different banks, ATM cards etc. were recovered. It has been alleged that they have prepared a web-site i.e. bajajloanfinance.in and lpgvitrakagency.in and cheated in the name of providing benefit under various government schemes. The main allegation seems to have been levelled against Gautam Ismailee and Vikky Kumar. It also appears that the amount collected were deposited in the accounts of Rajbir Ranjan, Samir Raj and Kundan Kumar. The petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2020.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Bariatu P.S. Case No. 36 of 2020.
