11. Continuance of rules and orders obtaining at the commencement of this Act.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in Sections 6, 7 and 8, all rules or orders obtaining at the commencement of this Act and relating to medical treatment, advance for the purchase of motor cars and travelling and daily allowances shall continue in force until such rules are made in this behalf under this Act.
