Section 77(i) in Andhra Pradesh Rules Under the Registration Act, 1908
(i)Wills registered or refused in sub-Registrar's Office which remain unclaimed for a period of over two years shall be forwarded to the Registrar's Office for safe custody, a note to that effect being entered against the original entry in the office returns.
