Section 3(3) in Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008
(3)The provisions of sub-sections (3) to (8) of section 13 of the [Telangana Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975] [Adapted by G.O.Ms.No.148, Municipal Administration & Urban Development (M1) Department, dated 31.10.2015.] shall mutatis mutandis applicable for the purpose of this Act.
