1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition but with liberty to make an appeal against the impugned order before the competent authority concerned. Moreover if the said appeal is time barred yet within the ambit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963, the Appellate Authority concerned, may pass such orders as deem fit in accordance with law.

3. Consequently, the extant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
