Section 41 in The (Central Provinces and Berar) Debt Conciliation Act, 1933
41. Process fees shall be recovered for the issue of summoneses and payment of diet-money and travelling expenses shall be made to witnesses, in accordance with the rules from time to time made under the Central Provinces Land Revenue Act, 1917.
