Section 1 in Jodhpur Development Authority Act, 2009
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called. The Jodhpur Development Authority Act, 2009.(2)It shall extend to Jodhpur Region Area.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 30.8.2008.
