19. Allotment of Government Land in Special Cases.

- Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, the Government may make allotment to any person as a special case:Provided that the Government may delegate the powers of allotment in any case or class of cases under this rule to the Collector or any other prescribed authority subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed in this behalf.Form I[See Rule 7(3)]List of Government Command Lands
